What should I review about returns or refunds before purchasing?
Look for the stated conditions that must be met when making a request. Read any stated costs or deductions associated with the process.
What should I expect when contacting support outside its published hours?
Do not assume a website accepting orders means live support is operating. Do not assume a deadline is extended because support is closed.
What should I do if my contact details change after ordering?
Explain whether you can still receive messages through the earlier contact method. Retain the original records until the updated communication route is confirmed.
